Like In Dehradun they have three centers one at rajpur, one at Indra nagar and one at Clement town earlier which were under ICFAI uinversity Hyderabad but now they are under ICFAI University Dehradun which is situated at Rajawala Selaqui. But as it is not a Deemed to be university I can not say that it can provide affiliation or not so for this purpose u can call the ICFAI univesity Dehradun people confirm from them .
