Please take admission here at your own risk.I m a 3rd year student of this institute.The college is interested in taking out the dancers and heroes of tomorrow.no-one is genuinely interested in promoting technical knowledge here. Even though we are 7 km from IIT Roorkee, still we don’t have any student contact programme. I have some contacts there and they have shown willingness to cooperate, but noone knows what management thinks of itself. They refuse to cooperate every time IIT has approached. More over its in middle of highway to nowhere. They allow people to go out of the campus only twice a week.we have to trick the guards every time we have to go somewhere.Moreover the canteen(cafe) has its prices at par with a 3 star hotel, but quality lower than the ‘dhabas’ in front of here.
i had a rank of 35000 in AIEEE, if you have a rank around me better go to central/south india and take admission there. there is no technical awareness here and placements have completely dried up.infosys the only company that used to visit us has its last visit in 2007. Just take admission somewhere else… or else you would regret that noone told you.
One more thing….. students are given no/least importance by college administration. Take admission here only if you are from CM quota or PM quota or can pay-for-seat or an NRI because these are only ones who get favor and respect by administration. If you are from service class who has worked hard and secured an average aieee rank than its better to take a year’s drop or go somewhere else or else you would end up being ruled by the above mentioned students. In case if you complained to someone… you will be the one who will be thrown out.. because IN WORDS OF RESPECTED ADMINISTRATION …’THEY ‘HAVE PAID MORE FEES THAN US(AIEEE STUDENTS) AND HENCE WILL GET MORE FACILITIES AND FAVORS.

dont go for coer……….instead go for DIT the placements record of DIT are best….management of coer is a complete fuss….the only aim of coer to increase their profits as much as possible….complete anarchay…..
