Govind Ballabh Pant University is one of the prestigeous university in Uttarakhand was established 40 years ago. The university campus is spread over 16000 acres of area which is quite big , plus the courses that are offered by the university other than Btech are Mtech and Phd that to in eight streams . There are many other facilities that are provided by the college are like Library, Hostel, Sports, Auditorium, Bank, Cafetaria, hospital, internet, market and transport. The University is committed to the all round agricultural development of these areas through its concerted efforts and innovative education, research and extension programmes.
