Government Degree College, Nainidanda, Pauri Garhwal was established in July 2006 on the recommendation letter No 387/XXIV/7/2006 of Human resource development department( Higer Eduction) of Uttarakhand Government. and letter No. /G.S (77)/ affiliation 2006 Dehradun, Dated 31 May 2006 by Governor. Secretariat, Uttarakhand, Dehradun. The college is temporarily affiliated to HNB University Srinagar, Uttarakhand for 3 yrs for degree courses in Commerce.
This College is a centre of higher eduction in the Himalayan region block nainidanda, Tehsil Dhumakot, Dist – Pauri Garhwal.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackbackgovt.degree college nainidanda is own centre of higher education at dhumakot tehsil area.perhaps it was established too late.but now is going on progress.college prachary dr sushila sood & her subordinates are doing good.at present art,commerce,science & b.ed faculties running better.we should remember always the contribution of x cm nd tiwari,x cm bc khanduri & x minister tps rawat in the establishment &development of this college.now we are looking forward for pg classes,residential buildings,hostal,auditorium&employment based coarses.
i enjoy the cultural progrem on ocasion of college anual function.realy boys & girls done well and play roles as professionals.as a chief guest jan.tps rawat told ”that kalam is more powerful than talwar.knowledge is a great power.”boys & girls-padho likho mahaan bano.nirantar kuchh na kuchh seekhne ki lalak jagaye rakho.(20th,march 2012)
