I know that there is rule for the seniors not to talk to the juniors during juniors first year but sir is there any rule for juniors that they also not talk to seniors, because i have seen many times in different colleges after when the ragging is banned, that junior students are insulting seniors without any fear. and seniors are unable to say anything to them due to the bann.
sir i am not in favour of ragging but sir there is also any rule for the junior students so that they do not insult their seniors.
