The UPMT 2011 Examination was conducted by GB Pant Agriculture & Technical University Pantnagar and the Mark Sheet to all the Candidate have been sent . The Counselling for allotment of Govt quota seats in various colleges for qualified candidates will be conducted at Ex office Director General  Medical Health & FW, 107 Chander Nagar, Dehradun Campus. From 12th July to 16th July 2011. The Govt of Uttarakhand has constituted a separate Counselling board for this purpose. vide Govt order No. 646/XXVIII(1)/2011-19/2005 II Cover Dt. 28 June 2011.

As per Instruction from Govt of Uttarakhand, first counseling for allotment of Govt Quota seat in different colleges will be held as per schedule given below :

Instructions
1: Qualified students are requested to bring their original documents as specified on page no 10 of information brochure of UPMT – 2011 on the day of Counselling along with one set of photocopy of said documents .

1: Mark sheet & Certificate of High School

2: Mark Sheet & Certificate of Intermediate (10+2)

3: Original Admit Card and Score Card of UPMT 2011
Note :- Please refer page No 09 & 10 of Information Brochure. In case above original copies not available

4: Category Certificate should be as per Performa in the Information Brochure (pg 16 to 20).

5: Domicile Certificate should be as per Performa  in the Information Brochure.  

6: Other Certificates if claimed for any relaxation and other claims.

7: Please bring two photographs as pasted on the application form with the same negative.

8: A registration fees of Rs 200/- in cash will be charged as registration fees of counselling.

9: Candidates who are allotted the seat have to deposit a draft of Rs 2000/- payable at Dehradun in the name of Director General Medical Health and F.W., Uttarakhand from any Nationalised Bank only as security . Candidate are requested to bring it along with them.

10: Please read the information brochure page No 10 & 11 carefully.

11: As mentioned at pg No. 11-J candidates who are unable to attend the counselling may sent there parents or guardian  along with the original documents and authority letter with the proof that they are unable to attend the counselling. The authority letter must be in the prescribed Performa as on pg No. 15 of information Brochure for the particular date.  

12: Please bring original documents. No affidavit or undertaking is allowed

• Position of the Colleges/ Seats and fee srtucture will be displayed at the time and Venue of counselling. Seats will be alloted in the colleges, which are having NOC from the concern Indian Council.
• Medical Board for Physical handicapped candidates will be held on July 8, 2011 at office of Cheif Medical Officer, Dehradun.
